Panama TV station Telemetro placed pressure-sensitive sensors inside cement craters throughout Panama City. This mind-blowing campaign called The Tweeting Pothole was created and installed by P4 Ogilvy and Mather for the channel.

The citizenry was quick to join in on the campaign, leaving the administration with no choice but to put the poor potholes out of their misery. And it forced the Public Works Minister to address the issue.
