Apple Music… the latest ‘listening’ experience is out. As usual, it has attracted its shares of likes and dislikes. But that is not what we are talking about here.
Ahead of the launch of its music streaming service, Apple released a series of ad films/videos on Apple Music. The first is the anthem ad, that “reminds you that no matter who you are, how you’re feeling, what you’re doing or where you’re doing it, music will make it better.” says AdWeek in its review. This video set to Pharrell Williams’ ‘Freedom’, is an Apple Music exclusive.
The second ad is called ‘History of Sound’, it takes you from radio to vinyl, from jukeboxes to 8-tracks, and from the iPod to Apple Music…where it all culminates. As Apple claims, “music needed a home, so we built it one”. Lofty indeed!
